Drawing on the iCRA Agribusiness Cluster approach alongside SCOPEinsight assessments, multi-stakeholder platforms, and matching grants, the project supported 104 production clusters and connected nearly 28,400 farmers to markets, finance, and business development services.<\/p><p><br \/>AMEA&#8217;s Learning into Action case study evaluates the results and extracts lessons for National BDS Roadmap processes and future agri-SME investment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3e11a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d3e11a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Key Points<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19e299a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19e299a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Farmer organisation (FBO) governance is the make-or-break factor. Clusters anchored by strong, transparent FBOs outperformed those with weak leadership on every measure, from market access to finance readiness.<\/li><\/ul><div><br><\/div><ul>\n<li>Structured contracts create real returns.
